Energy & emissions
We reduce losses, seek energy savings and continuously optimise production processes to minimise environmental impact.
Water & waste
We operate a biological wastewater treatment plant and continuously monitor water quality at both inflow and outflow. We minimise waste and support recycling where it is meaningful.
People & safety
A safe workplace is of fundamental importance. We assess risks, train our employees and establish processes to protect the health of people and the surroundings of the plant.
What we do in practice
- We reduce gas and electricity consumption wherever possible without compromising quality.
- We ensure that our production waste is handled in a responsible manner.
- We operate a wastewater treatment plant and conduct laboratory monitoring of water quality.
Measurement and monitoring
- Online monitoring of key operational parameters – selected production and technological parameters are monitored in real time.
- Early deviation detection – defined limits and notifications enable a rapid response to non-standard conditions.
- History and audit trail – data are stored for retrospective evaluation, period comparison and internal reporting.
- Basis for improvement – monitoring serves as a foundation for decision-making and planning of technical and process adjustments.

We are RSPO certified
- We support the responsible sourcing of palm oil raw materials in accordance with Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) standards.
- Responsible supply chain – traceability and origin control requirements are applied to the relevant products and commodities.
- Regular verification – compliance with RSPO requirements is continuously verified through audits and internal controls.
