REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) is a regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EC No. 1907/2006) governing the manufacture, import and use of chemical substances within the EU. It applies to substances manufactured or imported in quantities exceeding 1 tonne per year, which must be registered with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). Registration obligations apply to manufacturers, importers and downstream users, covering both substances themselves and substances contained in mixtures or articles. Registration includes technical documentation and chemical safety assessment in accordance with defined requirements.

As a European manufacturer of chemical substances, Enaspol a. s. fulfils all its obligations arising from the REACH legislation. Our substances have been pre-registered and fully registered via joint submissions within the relevant deadlines. We continuously monitor legislative developments and ensure ongoing compliance with REACH requirements.
